Time for a powerwalk with Mr Manson

I really do like this song, goes on repeat all the time.
However, there's something in it I think is really funny. Like listen to when he sings "They showin' me their booty..." haha I think it's hilarious because he sounds so frustrated... Like he totally hates looking at some girls booty... Haha anyway... Time for a PW!

What a great day already! Woke up to a phone call with someone who's far away, yet so close. Then I started playing John Mayer and will now drink a cup of lemon and ginger tea. I'll be on my powerwalk right after, then my day gets busy. 

I love the mornings. I love waking up a little earlier, so I can chill for a while then start my day. I love having routines. Like what I do every morning for example, I wake up, drybrush my skin (this for waking your skin up and helping it get smooth). I do my abworkout (I'm gonna get those abs, just wait!), have a cup of tea, go for a powerwalk then have breakfast.

mmm I really do enjoy this morning!

Time to hit the gym! I got my favorite cardio song ready so I can set the machines on fire!



I used to listen to this all the time back in 09 when I ran everyday. I'm not very happy that it's a song that people with ED's tend to use for motivation to become even skinnier. Though I bet Filter wrote this song with them in mind. However, I think it's an awesome workout song. I go nuts when I hear it, especially the end of it!

Good mooooorning! I fell asleep right after my post last night and woke up at 8:40(!). I've been working some and will head out for a powerwalk in a few. I need the energy for work and studies today, can't kill myself at the gym... But I know myself and might end up there anyway.

I love all types of classical music but prefer when the focus is on the piano, which makes this my all time favorite piece.

Oh come on, you can call me a geek if you want! I may look like I'm in my twenties, but my mind, soul and spirit is much older. I'm sure that my great, great, great (and so on) grandmother was reborn in me, involuntarily. I know that I was born in the wrong century, like some people think they are born in the wrong body... or maybe not that serious... But you know...

Anyway, Pjotr Tjajkovskij said that Mozart was the Christ of music. I couldn't agree more!

03:56 am... My eyes are wide open and the sun is getting up. I'm going out for a walk that will hopefully get me a little tired. Not much is going to get done here anyway.

I just got back home from a long walk, but somewhere in between Michels songs, I got some R.H.C.P. Love them though! Didn't even take my shoes off because I'm going to Olivia who might be a "marchewka" (polish for carrot). She just sprayed on a spray tan so I have to go and see the result myself! Earphones plugged in for Melody Gardot!

A few things entered my life that I had to take care of.
Anyway, I fell asleep last night to soft classical music. I love that "SVT2" (One of the first Swedish TV channels) plays classical music in the middle of the night instead of putting on boring shows like all the other. I guess I fell asleep at 3 am, new record! (I usually fall asleep around 4:30).

I woke up too early, but I don't mind, neither did I go insane, because it was my dad that wanted to have dinner with me. I think that dinner should be in the evening, but for my dad, dinner is like my breakfast (12 o'clock). Too early for me to eat a big meal, so I pushed it until later :)

I'm about to head out for a walk, it stopped snowing but it's still freezing outside. John Mayer is always with me when I walk in the morning (Lady Gaga got a few minutes yesterday).
His new album "Battle studies" is great and I have my favorite.



Uh, time to get layers of clothes on and head out! I'll be back with a "Become skinny" tip later today. I've got many mails about them, positive and not so great ones. Do you like them and want me to continue?

Something that made me smile and laugh last night was this guy, who makes me react the way I do because I think he is so not made for this video. The song is okay, not my favorite genre, but I admit it's catchy. The thing I find funny is that he looks like a "Torghandlare-på-GA-som-säljer-frukt", which is kinda like a market trader (if that's the right words for this profession in English). I guess he's talented or has something special, but it looks so ridiculous that it makes me laugh. It's kinda like when mr Gaultier put a huge girl on the runway amongst the skinny ones, or when George W Bush became president, it's just not right! Anyway, not making fun of him, he just makes me have fun :)

Sorry for a shitty update, I'll slap myself and be better tomorrow :)

My God my tummy hurts from laughing hard, I adore this guy!
