If you were to do this diet for say like 2 weeks, Im trying to prepare for the Word Dream Calendar Girl Model Search, how much weight would you lose? Or do you think you would lose more on something like the Master Cleanse? I want the most effective to get tighter and slimmer the fastest, since Ive been dieting the right, clean way but cant seem to lose the last 10-15 lbs. I just cant lose anymore it seems like.

The weightloss obviously depends on a lot of things. How much you work out, how fast your metabolism is, what you've been eating before and so on. I would recommend this diet for at least 3-4 weeks and by then you'd probably lose 4-8 kg. However, this diet is not intended to be a "weight loss diet", it's more of an "get in shape diet" if you know what I mean? It's primary intent is to burn fat, keep muscle or even gain muscle to look more fit and toned.

Let me tell you two things about this. I most definitely believe that they want to find a girl with a great figure. Slim but curvy. This is something you can achieve with the peanutbutter diet or any high protein diet as long as you do cardio and weights (to create that slim yet curvy figure).
If you'd do the master cleanse diet you'd only consume sugar (maple syrup). Which will make your body eat your own muscle for energy (some fat too obviously, though not much). You'd lose weight but it won't look good in the end... Eat lots of protein and work out! There is no shortcut to a gorgeous body. Be patient and you'll get there :)

Haha naaah just kidding. This is a pic from when I walked on CPH Fashion Week. In this outfit Patrizia Pepe and Dagmar. Sweet memories :) I believe I was 52 kg here, 174 cm tall. The shortest girl of them all!
Though one thing is funny, or maybe not so funny. At the casting, I got chosen pretty fast, though there were some girls that the casting director told were "too fat!" like straight to their faces. The modeling world is very honest, and somewhat cruel. It was fun to walk though :) The not so fun part is to be hungry all the time... very stupid! When I walked back to the train I bought a big bag of candy and ate it while I was walking. Can't begin to tell you how many people on the street stared and wonder why the hell a model would stuff herself with candy. I had a dream, to walk on fashion week. I did it then left it. Another story is that the agency wanted me to go to Milan and continue... That would probably end up with an anorexic Stephanie.

Naomi Campbell walked the runway for Igor Chapurin’s Ready to Wear Spring Summer 2010 fashion collection. Even though I think Naomi is a retarded bitch, I wish that models, and most definitely runway models, would look like she does. But unfortunately they don't, they look like the model to the right. I've actually seen this girl twice in NEEEEW YOOOORK (sorry I just had to, still have that song on my mind). I remember the second time, her eyes were so intense it was ridiculous. I, who am dreaming of becoming as successful, looked at her and saw her very visible chest bones... well... I mean all of her bones poking out, then she stared at me with a look that could kill. Uhh... I just wanted to hug her and take her out for a sandwich. But that would probably be the end of her career. Then again, who wants to put a walrus on the runway? Fat-admirers maybe, nah just kidding guys. But if Khadaffi can look like he does, be the leader of Lybia and get away with speaking for 96 minutes at the United Nations meeting, then I think we could mix chubbies and skeletons on the runway. If the designers wants to make couture in 100 differnt sizes.

But maybe it's just another way to make the economic crisis easier for the designers, thinner models, less fabric, less costs and outlay for the fashion shows.

When I walked at Copenhagen fashion week this year, the girls were thin, one of them was really skinny (even though the agency claimed to not have models with a BMI under 18). My BMI is under 18, and I was not the thinnest one.

Let's wait and see how many models will have to die before there is a change.

Cindy Crawford, a former supermodel is now a model for furniture and shoes. The furniture are ridiculously hidious and the shoes are even worse, why is she doing this? Maybe she doesn't have any good taste at all, or she's just desperate for work...

I found this in my mail, some ad for a cheap shoe-chain, and she has her own line in it... Look at the shoes... why does she do this?



Well I guess that everyone is having a hard time at the moment, but I think that she has other options, don't you think?

Good morning! I woke up at 8 today and felt rested and fresh. So far I've had breakfast, took a shower and got dressed. I wanted to go for a run today but obviously my legs hurt like nothing else. Anyway, I found myself on moore.se where you can vote for me if you want me to stay in the magazine and within glamour modeling. If I don't go through this issue, I will stop modeling in underwear and bikinis, and I will also stop posting the kind of photos I put up sometimes, you know what I mean ;) so help me decide and vote!
