The scale has showed me 72 kg! This is the first time I reveal that (it's not easy). It was back in February last year (2009), if I'm not wrong. I remember that I said out loud "What the f*ck" but kinda ignored it... Until March 2009, when some things made me wake up and realize that I was not happy looking like that. I got insanely motivated to change my lifestyle and become healthier, happier and slimmer. I have never been more thankful for anything in my life. Might sound egoistic (especially in Sweden, we are not aloud to love ourselves the way I do here). Though the only person we'll ever be with for the rest of our life is with ourself. There is no one you need to take better care of!

1. I'm 174 cm, which is like 5'7 or 5'8(?)
2. I love cute cocktail dresses! Elegant, sopisticated and classy! But I also feel beautiful in a tank top and a pair of short shorts (when I'm at home). Depends on what I'm feeling for.
3. I shop everywhere! From H&M to Armani. I don't think I will ever buy vintage/second hand. Nothing wrong with it. I just feel that it's creepy to wear "someone else's clothes".
4. My favorite perfume comes from Victor&Rolf, called flowerbomb. I also adore, J'adore from Lancôme. (hehe) My favorite hairproduct is from Lee Strafford, it's a heat defense spray that leaves your hair silky and smooth. It's really great!
5. I injected Restylane in my lips. I've done it several times, first time with Juvederm, hated that shit! Made my lips look really weird! Guess that has to do with the doctor... I only inject a very small amount, 0.5 ml.
6. Huh, wow... wish for Christmas. Well nothing really. Just that my family and friends are happy and have good health. Honestly!
7. I'm going to eat everything in moderation. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the holidays and LOVE aaaaall of the food!
8. I might attend a friends party, though I haven't got a costume yet, darn!
9. I did not rsvp to Playboy Mansion. I guess its not that appealing to me anymore. I could always go some other day. :)

Thank you for your comment, we are all beautiful on our own way. I have never been a big user of lip gloss. Might have to do that I love the feeling of a clear skin, therefor I never liked sticky lips. But then I found a lip gloss in the US from Victorias Secret that I totally fell in love with. It's a lip plumping gloss that is not painfull that some lip plumpers might be. They come in different colors. I like the one called "bare" which is a light pink shade.
How does it work?
- Different lip plumper products work by irritating the skin of the lips with ingredients like menthol, camphor, Cinnamon leaf essential oils etc. This cause temporary redness and swelling – which is supposed to last 3-4 hours.
- They make blood vessel dilate, increasing the blood flow to the lips.
- They contain ingredients that reduce lip lines and nourish the delicate skin of the lip.
- They fill in cracks and fine lines on the lips.
- They enhance the natural collagen in the lips which is essential for fuller lips.
- Some of the lip plumping products is in the gloss form which reflects light and makes the lips look additionally full.

This is something I wrote back in 2009 when I was in Stockholm for a few weeks. I was sick of trying to seek perfection in which I though I were in. My own definition of perfection was somewhat a state of true happiness, true joy, a beautiful utopia. Though somewhere in the seeking I lost a huge part of myself when I realized that this state is a made up nonsense from society or fairytale, if you want. However, the purpose was not to talk about my own thoughts about total perfection. Every day, I get several emails from girls that read my blog... I do not even know where to begin with this... It completely breaks my heart when I read them, it completely breaks my heart when I try to type this, I really don't know how to go on. I don't want to say anything wrong or upsetting. I just want to let you all know that you are never alone with your feelings! Never! There's so many like you out there that feel the same way. I'm talking about body image now. Ultimate thinness is NOT PERFECTION! Neither is a certain number on the scale perfection. I believe that perfection is what you feel inside, SERIOUSLY! To be happy, to love yourself, inside and out, you need to start with your heart and mind. We will never be in the Utopia of perfection, no matter how hard we try, no one is perfect. We can learn how to talk, how to speak, how to behave. We can change our body, our mind and become brainwashed by media, people etc. But the world has a twisted perception of humans, believing that some are superheroes and can do anything effortlessly. That’s what they fool us with, and wants us to accept as true, and we imitate and try ourselves. That is perfect, which we create in our OWN minds and choose to have faith in.
Oh gosh guys, if only I had arms that were miles long, I would give you all the biggest hug and keep hugging you forever. Please, please, pretty please, don't lose yourself in trying to become perfect. Be you! There's only one of you, but soooo many with the same thoughts.
My heart is bleeding with empathy. I want you all to know that I'm here for you! If you feel that you might have crossed the line between being healthy and having an ED, or might be walking on that path. Turn around fast! That road leads to hell. I am blessed to be on the healthy side, but I've been visiting hell a few years back, you do not want to go there, trust me.
If I had one wish, one thing I could wish for, anything in the whole world! I would wish for us all to LOVE OURSELVES so much that our heart will expand of love.

Not as strong today

I'm up to 850 burned calories today. Uh, while I type this, my neighbors are having sex... really loud! And she giggles like crazy. Need to put some music on to distract myself.

At 11:30 am, I went to the gym with the devil and burned 666 calories.
At 6:30 pm, I went to the gym, again, and burned 700 calories.
That brings the total up to 1606 calories burned IN ONE DAY! A new personal best!

The wierd thing is that I didn't want to leave. I was in a state I don't know how to explain. A total euphoria! Now as I sit in my couch, I want to go back. There's only a few things that can make me feel just as happy as working out. I can not belive that one and a half year ago, I hated to work out. I seriously cant believe it! The feeling I get is kinda like being so in love with someone that you cant even breathe without that person. I love this, I love this with all of my heart! ♥

My day started with a one hour powerwalk and now I just had breakfast.
100 g of porridge mix (buchwheat, oatmeal, ryeflakes - svenska bovete, havregryn, rågflingor)

After work, I was going to buy some apples but then I found this and just HAD TO TRY! I bought 4 boxes haha. That's how excited I was. So how did it taste? It tastes like pasta cooked until "al dente" thumbs up! How do I feel now? GREAT! My blood sugar levels are the same, not like after you eat regular pasta. You know when you feel like falling into a food coma? Not with this! Totally guilt free!

Yesterdays workout
Work really killed me yesterday... or maybe I killed myself. I started with burning 510 calories on the crosstrainer at 8 am. When I left work I had only been eating 600 calories (7 pm). It was damn tough, but I didn't bring more food, neither did I have time to find healthy opitions... I could stuff myself with chocolate or bread, which is what they had at work. I didn't do this so I waited until I got back home, then I was exhausted. Therefor no blogging.

Yesterday morning
It's 10 am, I'm cooking a big ass portion of 65 g buckwheat and 35 g of oatmeal. Then I'll add 40 g of protein powder. A 500 cal breakfast! If I won't last long on this, somethings damn wrong with me.
I'll tell you the great things about buckwheat later!
Second workout for the day

546 calories burned. I wanted to stop at 545 so the total for today would be 1100. I got a little irritated when it turned into 546. I am an control freak... though I know this is silly. Anyway, total for today is 1101. Did I say hardcore or did I say HARDCORE?

My t-shirt rocks! I didn't wear any make up, my hair was in a mess. So I couldn't possibly say that I'm vain! It's still cool. :)

Mix curd cream with water and whatever seasoning you prefer and voila, you have an awesome protein sauce!
I used 70 g of curd cream, about equal amount of water, curry, tabasco & blackpepper.

Tuesday morning

Morning workout - 555 calories! I was supposed to stop at 500, but I thought it would look nicer with 555... Retarded, I know

My pale but DELICIOUS breakfast! Just because it's morning, you don't have to eat a typical breakfast. You should eat what you want and whats good for you. With this I drank water with vitamin C.
I had some minced beef in the fridge I had to do something with, so this is whats in it:
44 g egg white (the yolk is for a home made facial)
150 g minced beef (10% fat)
100 g mushrooms
30 g low fat curd cream (kvarg)
30 g tomato sauce
300 calories! Divided in this way:

I left the gym at 11:45 pm, after I burned 710 calories.
I'm gonna go hardcore at the gym from now on. I feel I need to get stuff out of my mind, nothing works better for me than working out. Therefor, I will have to introduce carbs into my diet. I will eat them after my workouts. There will be 10 days of hardcore workout, then there will be a few days where I'll have a guest here. Would be damn rude to spend time at the gym then haha, don't you think? I can not wait for tomorrow morning when next workout will be started!

Don't call it cheatday!
I believe my weightloss has stopped. However, I know I lost more fat and gained some muscle! Some days I've taken more protein to prevent muscle loss... so I guess that's why.
I've also changed a little in my diet, now I do not only eat peanutbutter and proteinpowder. I replaced the powder with chicken and fish. Try chicken with peanutbutter, sooooooo damn delicious! I PROMISE! The concept is still high protein, high fat and low carbs. Some days when I don't feel like cooking, I just eat the PB and PP.
I want to say something about what we call a "cheatday". I don't like saying that you "cheat" when you eat something that's not in your planned diet. Think about this, when you cheat on a test in school, why do you do that? Obviously to get a better score. So if you cheat on your diet, would the result be better? Don't say that you cheat. It's like it's not okay, because cheating sounds like it would be forbidden. Even though you might gain some weight while you "refuel" (much better word), it could be something you need to speed your weightloss up! Why? Because when your body is on a calorie deficit, it will adjust to eating less calories, therefor you wont burn as much as when you started. So refueling your body will tell it "Hey, there's a lot of food inside of you, help yourself!" Then your body will burn it off because it thinks that it will get more. And the next day it will think that it can burn off more due to the higher calorie intake the previous day. Though, you should never go nuts on your refueling day. It always comes down to calories in and out. It's not impossible to eat up all the calories you burned off during a week. Then you'll just end up at +/- 0... or + some? Have this in mind!
My refueling day was saturday night at my mothers aunts house (yes, I spend time with 60-year olds on a saturday night). There was pancakes, macadamia nuts and 2 small pieces of chocolate. I believe that I ended up at 2500 calories that day.

Saturday night after the pancakes. Yatzy! I only won once... When we played the last round, I didn't get a single thing right and said that my luck in games sucked... So they said that I might have better luck in love. I said "HEEEELL NO", then I got a text, started texing and said "Well, looks like my luck has turned to love!"

Wednesday is OVER!

SOOOOOOO TIRED!!!! But still happy :) I don't even know if I have anything to say right now. Well one thing - I want to thank the one that created caffeine pills, without them, I would have never managed being on a diet, working out and having three jobs. Thank you! I would also never be able to manage listening to "OHHH BEN & JERRYS ARE SOOOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!" every five minutes and still have a smile on my face. What's funny is that the little bigger ladies ask about the calories in the ice cream, the thin ones don't even care. Today I got a question from a man, about how many carbs it contains... And one of the little bigger ladies asked if it comes in a diet version. Interesting! Some of them pick the ice cream up, eats it all up and then say that it's soooo bad because now they'll get fat. Like come on? It's down to how many calories you eat and how many you burn. You could go on a Ben & Jerry's diet and lose weight, it doesn't have to make you fat.
And oh, one thing I really noticed today is that almost all men have to say that they have a girlfriend or wife, the women never tell about their husband or boyfriend, why? If you're a man reading this, please do explain!
B&J time!

The job is fun, actually very well paid (who would have thought?), but the t-shirt is DAMN UGLY! Sorry B&J. I need to have one sweater underneath because it gets damn cold dealing with ice cream all day. The calorie deficit is also a contributing factor to the cold. Ah, I'm so happy now, Paris in November and before that I'll get a visitor in two weeks for a weekend, someone I wont tell you about! Put two and two together and you'll get it. NOW I gotta hurry!

Well, I took a powerwalk at 7am this morning, had my peanutbutter and protein. Will get ready, try to look normal, and go to work. I'll be in Malmö today! Then after I have to go to the gym and work my back muscles. Uh.... Need to hurry!

A furious session at the gym

Oh, I have to tell you! I got so furious at the gym! I'm not a person that gets angry often. But there was a fat old lady that came up to me and said that I did everything wrong. She said that it's much easier to pull a 1 kg dumbbell, than it is to pull a 5 kg. OBVIOUSLY!!!!!!! So she gave me the 1 kg and told me to use that one instead. I just laughed and kept on with my 5 kg dumbbell. AND THEN she came up to me again and said that I should swing my arm, otherwise I would get injured, like COME ON?! Swing my arm? THAT would make me injured! Then she came up to me AGAIN and said "Feels like I'm too pushy but..." So I just said "YES YOU ARE, GOOD BYE!" Can you believe that? I didn't ask for a chubby, old ladies help! She should take a look at herself and then at me... Who looks like she knows what she's doing? Get lost old lady! Go and have some bisquits!
If I need some help with my workout, I'd ask someone with a killer body that seriously knows what he or she is doing!

Peanutbutter and proteindrinks!
Some of you might have heard about this before. It was created by "Fitnessguru" Sid Knutsson, a Swedish body builder and fitness expert. This diet is very effective, due to the low intake of carbohydrates, high fat and protein intake, your body will burn fat.
How does it work?
You pick a peanutbutter with NO ADDED SUGAR or anything else except peanuts and a little salt! Mine is called "green choice" and can be found in Coop stores in Sweden. Then you take your weight times 3 and you'll get how many grams of it you should eat a day. Let's say you weigh 55 kg, then it's 55 * 3 = 165 grams
To prevent muscle loss, you'll need a lot of protein while dieting, take your weight times 1.8, then you'll get how many grams of protein you need per day. So if you weigh 55 kg, you should eat 99 grams of protein. You will get your protein intake from a whey protein powder ONLY. Check the label on your product and see how much protein there is per 100 g, then go figure.
What will happen?
When your body doesn't get much carbs, it will clear out every place inside of you where there is stored carbs. You will pee like crazy the first days if you've been a carb-junkie. Every single gram of carbs attaches 2.6 grams of fluid, in other words, you could be carrying a lot of water weight! When your body doesn't have any carbs left, then what will it do? Because you will be on a calorie deficit, your body will MELT DOWN STORED FAT! How great is that? Then it will change itself into ketosis, which is a state where your body runs on fat.
How will I feel?
The first days on a low carbohydrate diet can be tough. You might feel tired, lightheaded and feel like you need to eat something to make it better. Be strong! Don't fall into temptations. Drink BLACK COFFE without sugar or milk if you need, or pop a caffeine pill (which is what I do).
Do's and dont's
Do take powerwalks every morning, this will speed the process of weight loss up. Do some weightlifting at the gym, you wont become huge because of this, you will only burn more fat because you're basically telling your muscle to stay right where they are. DO NOT pursue intensive cardio, why? Because your body will burn away muscle when it can't take in as much oxygen needed to burn fat. Do also take a supplement of multivitamins and Omega-3. This is important because you eat the same thing every day, and you need vitamins and minerals added during this diet. Omega-3 is needed to create a balance between Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Why this is important is something I could go on for a long time about, google it if you are curious.
Why this diet?
Personally, I'm sick of cooking, really sick! I don't feel like spending forever in the kitchen, I don't feel like going grocery shopping every week. And I don't want it to take long. It is the most convenient diet there is, just measure up your grams, split it on how many times you want a day. I eat 3 times a day, it doesn't take longer than 5 minutes a day to prepare. Another great thing about it is that you'll get really full after eating peanutbutter, it takes long to eat, isn't disgusting and will stabilize your blood sugar levels, due to lack of carbs. What this does is that you wont feel cravings for carbs, awesome, right?
The weight loss can be dramatic on this diet, you might lose up to 5 kg a week, depending on how nuts you went on carbs before. If there is any questions, feel free to comment and I'll give you my best answer!
I'll give you my diet secret today!
As every other day, it started with a powerwalk at 8 am. It took longer than one hour because I stopped everywhere and admired the beautiful nature. It's so wonderful to walk early in the morning when it has been really cold during the night, with the dew on the grass, sun shining and complete silence. Ah, what a wonderful world!
I just got out of the shower, will get ready for a meeting at 11:15, then go get a tan and do some work at home. At 4 pm, I'll be at the GYM!!! I missed the gym soooo bad! I'll be there with my mother for the first time, I'm going to turn her into a machine. That will be a challenge because she doesn't like the gym (sorry mom). As you know, I love challenges!

I'll only be at work for about 5 hours today, so after I might go to the gym, or powerwalk. Since I'm on a low carbohydrate diet, it is NOT GOOD to do intense cardio. Why? Because your body needs oxygen to burn fat like I said yesterday. If you do intense cardio, your body won't be able to take in all the oxygen it need for the process of burning fat. Your body needs carbs when it's working hard, if there's no carbs you'll burn your muscle! Do we want that? No!
I also need to create a new gym schedule, I want a killer body, a rock hard body! Most men say that they like a "soft woman" and that you should be healthy and whatever. Some of you have called me a "health guru", I LOVE YOU for that, so I'm healthy alright. But I don't want to be soft! Healthy doesn't have to mean soft! I want to go back to the body I had before and make it even better (not the super skinny one, the hard part shouldn't be all the bones poking out). To go to the extent of "skinniness" where I've been in before, you need to work your ass of and pretty much be hungry all the time. So just forget that, I did! Muscles doesn't need as much room as fat, go for muscle!

Speed your weightloss up by taking a powerwalk in the morning on an empty stomach. Fat needs oxygen to get burned of. Hardcore workout needs carbs, but that is another story. When you walk fast, you'll burn fat!

See the fat cells? When you gain weight, they expand. When your body needs energy and doesn't have any food or carbs to burn, it will go to the fat cells, melt them and use for energy. So they become smaller! Great, isn't it?
Bored to failure?


Often when we're bored or tired, we reach for some snacks to keep ourselves busy. I finished my last meal but feel like I could have more. So what to do? This is what I do!
- I open my favorite playlist on Spotify, listen to some music that takes my thoughts away from food. This is the number one thing that works for me!
- Drink water. It will keep you feeling full and will keep you busy in the bathroom ;)
- Make a list of stuff you have to do, and do them one by one.
- Call someone!
- Read through my blog for more motivation (Great tip!)
- Take a hot shower! When you're warm, you'll be less likely to feel the need to eat or snack. And you'll be clean!
- Dream about how you want to look. Think about that every step you take towards your goal, is a step closer. If you mess it up tonight, you'll take one step back.
- Think about this, do you want to LOVE how your body looks, or do you want to snack right now and ruin what could be a dream come true?
I didn't take a single bite!

Fairly nuts and Half baked. I bet that they are both super delicious. Though I am on a diet, I won't try it at all! It's not very cool anyway to stand and eat ice cream in front of people you're handing it out to. Tomorrow I'll be in Lund! I'm the girl that's kinda singing out loud with my amazingly cool Ben & Jerry's stereo.

Diet fatigue

If you like coffee, then have it black. Coffee has some powerful antioxidants which you know is good for you. However, don't go nuts and pop too many pills, that is NOT good for you! Very important!
If you live in Sweden, you can find them at the pharmacy for like 40 SEK. That's where I got mine.
I'm an assassin and I had a job to dooo...
I got back from work like 2 hours ago and I'm not tired at all, even though I got up at 6 am! Right when I got back home, I carried on with my other job. No, I'm not an assassin! Although, I went to a serious ghetto today... It's called "Rosengård" in Malmö (you swedes know). I'm terrified of bugs, but I'm not afraid to be in a ghetto. Guess that has to do with what I did in my teens, oh gosh... I was a stupid teenager! But that turned me in to a grown, mature woman fast :) So my brain and common sense works again.
I'm on a special diet at the moment, a diet that will bring me back into my skinny jeans! Yaaay oh yaaay! I'll share it with you in a few days.

Going back in the skinny jeans
I'm back from Stockholm and had to drive 600 km in a HUGE pickup truck, glamorous! It took me like five and a half hours, so I'm kinda tired right now. I have to rest a little then go straight back to work!
Also, I want to add a thing. Last Sunday, I tried on my skinny jeans and could almost button them and they where really tight. Even though I could barely breathe in them, I'm thrilled that I can use them soon :D


I checked the date on these photos, they are exactly one year old! October 5th, 2009! How weird is that? They are a size 25, and I think I'm a 27 today. So I have a goal, by the end of October, they will fit! Check up with me and I'll show you the result! I put a note in my calendar so I won't forget. :)

Miracle pill

Killer body!
Oh, haha another thing! I showed my stomach to my mom today and her eyes got larger than the moon, she could tell there's a beginning for a six pack! :D Hurraaaay! It would be great to get it back, and I will!
I don't have an athletic body, neither do I want one. But theres one body I WOULD KILL FOR!

This is by far the hottest body I've ever seen! So how can you achieve this? LOTS AND LOTS OF HARD WORK! You need knowledge about the human body, you need knowledge about what to eat. You can't just go to the gym and then eat whatever you want and believe you'll get this far.
I bet she eats a lot of lean protein, such as fish, chicken, seafood etc. Your body also needs fat to burn fat, yes that is true! Stay to the healthy fats obviously, such as nuts, avocado, olive oils, Omega-3 and so on. Eat a lot so that your body doesn't burn your muscle, but eat enough so that you wont increase in bodyfat.

No excuses!
Let me tell you about my days - I work three jobs, YES THREE JOBS! I am also a FULL TIME STUDENT! I'm also trying to blog every single day, have a social life and get some sleep. If I have time to work out this much, EVERYBODY'S GOT TIME!
There is obviously some things you need to sacrifice. I don't watch TV, haven't had it on in a week. I don't go and have coffee with friends to talk about rubbish for hours. I do rarely go to parties, I'm over that. Now I'm honestly trying to think about other stuff I sacrifice... I can't think of any other! For real!
Take a look at your own life. Instead of watching TV every single day, you could be working out. Instead of laying in the couch all day (or an hour), you could be working out. Instead of picking your nose, you could be working out. Instead of "feeling too tired to work out after your job", you could work out and become more energized.
It is not only about appearance, it's about your body that you'll have to live with for the rest of your life! If you don't take care of it, it will break, become damaged and leave you in a shitty situation. Just take a minute and listen to your heartbeat... Come on, seriously! Feel it! Can you feel your heartbeat? It is beating for you. With every single heartbeat it is trying to keep you alive. It's the most important muscle we have. Make it stronger than ever before! Work out for your heart and you'll live longer! THAT'S WORTH THE TIME!
