I feel better. I went to the gym and burned of 750 calories on the treadmill so now I'm going out with Anna. I'm drinking vodka with fun light strawberry and water... It's actually good! I want to be on a calorie deficit now, no more "off season".

I'm alive again

YAAY I made it! the 60 minute powerwalk felt like 5 minutes. Time for a looong shower!

Saturday

I'm coughing, didn't do that yesterday.

Anyway, woke up after a weird dream. In it I was riding a bike up in the air in the West Village in NYC, trying to find a hostel that I saw in a horror movie ones. It might be because of the pills I took yesterday, or my subconscious is trying to tell me something. Whatever it is, I'm happy that I'm awake now.
I'm drinking my vitamin C water, took some more pills and will now head out for a not-so-fast-power-walk. Melody Gardot will be singing for me so I'll take it slow. I really hope I have the energy and health to go to the gym and run later. I'm going to go there anyway but if I don't feel well I'm just gonna walk.

Even though it's Saturday and I don't feel well, this is my schedule (filled in some from yesterday)

Have been working the whole morning on new diet plans, which is very exciting for me and them.
Now it's time for a powerwalk on 60 minutes, gonna drop by the grocery store to buy a "superfruit juice".
Home for breakfast and then clean my apartment that looks like a mess after the day at home yesterday.
Lunch and whatever... then work my way down to the gym where I'll spend most of my evening. Then back home to study and work!

Plan for tomorrow

It's kinda ridiculous, I'm sitting at home all day, just waiting for time to pass so I can go to bed and wake up feeling well tomorrow (hopefully). While I've been waiting for the time to pass, I'm planing my workout and meals in advance so I have something to long for. I'm just going to pray to God that I'll feel much better tomorrow and do this;

Wake up - A cup of coffee! Never drink coffee otherwise but it's filled with antioxidants which my imunesystem needs.

60 minute powerwalk before breakfast - approx 250 calories

Breakfast - Berries, berries, berries and even more berries! And a protein shake that is to die for, I'll show you tomorrow!

Lunch - hmm... nothing is in my fridge except eggs... So I guess I'll make a "faux apple pie". I was trying to make pancakes without flour ones but the result didnt look like pancakes. So I added some cinnamon, apple sauce, cottage cheese and some other stuff and it tasted better than a real apple pie! So a protein apple pie for lunch it is! Yum!

I'm not a snacker and find it easier to work out when I don't have much in my stomach. Makes me feel lighter and everything feels effortless. So no snacks for me before the gym. It just makes me want to vomit it when I run (sorry).

GYM TIME! 60 minutes running on the treadmill - somewhere between 600-650 (I can't kill myself like I did before, I'll take it step by step). And then kick my but which I was supposed to do today. I want a butt! It's way too flat now. I want it UP a level, or two.

After working out
- I usually feel naseous after a workout and don't have a appetite at all. But you need some carbs in your body so I often munch on an apple right after.

Dinner - So I've had berries, protein apple pie, what do I need? Veggies! A big plate of grilled broccoli with somekind of protein source, might be tuna tomorrow.

Late night snack - Light curd cream mixed with fun light! This is very well known in fitness. To eat something with protein as the last meal of the day is great for your muscles. It's during the night that your body is reparing itself and building up the muscles that you work hard for. Without enough protein, you can spend forever in the gym, without any result. To be sure that your getting enough, multiply your weight by atleast 2. Ex, 55 kg * 2 = 110 g of protein per day.

Oh I so hope that I feel better tomorrow!

Can't wait for this day to be over

My "food intake" today has been very simple, yet not great. Since I'm stuck at home with a flu (and fever?) my devouring consisted of garlic, vitamin C pills, lemon, ginger, lots of water and pain killers. I'm now covered in a anti-inflammatory ointment, have the ugliest clothes on and a pair of thick socks. GOD PLEASE make me better by tomorrow! I want to be able to do stuff, not be stuck inside like a prisoner. I'm not a complainer (someone I met for a while said I complained every hour of the day, but there must be a huge reason for my complains). I haven't complained today, I'm just sick of being... sick! And I miss the gym soooo bad. It was my home away from home a few months ago and I really do want this to be the situation again. So now I'm furious but know that my body has to rest, it's totally useless when there's nothing you can do with it!

Does someone have any household remedies to share out? I've been googling my symptoms and I found that whiskey is good for a soar throat... I don't like whiskey, I have beer, which I don't like either... I have vodka but the thought of drinking pure vodka is not tempting. I do have some pink bubbles and a bottle of Louis Roederer which is actually tempting - though I bet it wouldn't speed up the recovery. I would prefer not to get drunk tonight and wake up feeling worse tomorrow due to a hangover.

Or I'll just pop like the 20th pill for today, which would now be a sleeping pill from America (much stronger than the ones we have in Sweden) God bless America! Or I'll just jump out of the couch and go to the gym (that is open 24/7, the reason I chose it) and say "screw you, sick body!"

No, I'm going to be nice to myself and let my body heal by itself for tomorrow. But my abs from before are coming back soon, that's for sure! Whenever I feel better I'll work out like Rocky!

Oh my! I've been feeling quite bad the past days but haven't been ill in forever so I thought that I would be safe now too. WRONG! My head is pounding and I can't neither do I want to move my body. I've been laying like a baby on the couch the whole day without energy to even get up and drink some water, can someone please throw in a bottle of water through the window? No but honestly, I'm dead today and it SUCKS! Just want to go and work out... I feel like a lazy piece of lard.

The most beautiful girl in the world!

Before I went to the gym. I met Cinderella right before she took the pumpkin to the prom. She looks like a billion bucks, and I look 20 years older than I am (don't want any make up on when I work out)...  Though I bet anyone would look like shit next to her. She was so damn gorgeous, but I guess that runs in the family ;)

Ah, I'm so tired now. Payed all my bills so I'm as poor as the real Cinderella before prom.

If you work hard during the weekdays, it's okay to enjoy something else sometimes. I'm saving this for next weekend.

Help against cravings and muscle cramp



These are my two favorite supplements. The magnesium is good for cramping muscles and I also find it useful for chocolate cravings. My muscles tend to cramp a lot, even though I do stretch after working out. The magnesium calms both you and your muscles down. The other one is chrome, AWESOME preventive against sugar cravings. I take one in the morning and don't feel like eating anything with sugar for the rest of the day. I've only tried this brand and I swear by it. Find the magnesium in a pharmacy and the chrome in health shops.

New gym membership

The gym was great! Signing up for a year tomorrow. I'm so tired right now that I could fall asleep standing. I'll be back tomorrow!

New gym

I just ate some turkey with mushrooms and egg whites, seasoned with everything, yum!
Need to rest my stomach a while before I go to a new gym. It is very private and i don't think I'll know anyone there, which is the reason why I want to go there. I don't like when I work out and you know everyone on the gym. I want to go there - get a serious workout - and leave! I can socialize somewhere else.

Gosh my eyes are small, are they really that small? I wish something else was smaller though (the knockers that are falling out). She's coming over in a few minutes to borrow a pair of shorts so I need to tidy up a little, my apartment is a mess!

I didn't go back home last night. I stayed with Olivia and her beautiful dogs. The one hiding under the covers is Olga, she went to bed with me and stayed there the whole night. Daisy was right next to me the whole night and jumped up as soon as I opened my eyes. I love them, I love them more than I love some humans. ♥

I just got back home from a long walk, but somewhere in between Michels songs, I got some R.H.C.P. Love them though! Didn't even take my shoes off because I'm going to Olivia who might be a "marchewka" (polish for carrot). She just sprayed on a spray tan so I have to go and see the result myself! Earphones plugged in for Melody Gardot!

I'm going out for a walk. How do you like my shoes? Too big? It's not mine though. I like men with big feet, so I was thrilled when I saw his shoes... haha gosh, it's so not me to joke about stuff like this. Not very classy. Anyway, going to take a walk in my own shoes. Looks like it's about to rain, that would just be my luck.

I started a new coaching service today, tell you more about it later... Work is far away from being finished!

Feels good to be jumping on clouds

I'm back home and oh my what an awesome weekend it was! Like you may know from before, I don't give you too much info about my private life, I want to keep it that way! Lets say I'm walking on clouds. Attraction and passion with rockin' kisses makes me almost lightheaded. But I've got a lot of other things going on right now so I need to be focused, not easy!


On my way to Stockholm, wish I was going back right now after being home for 10 minutes.

Time to stop dreaming. Need to work some and study some, then out for a long walk with mr Michael Bublé in my earphones.

Stockholm

I got a ticket to Stockholm för 35 SEK (4 euros). I live 600 km away from Stockholm... so that's kinda cheap! haha :)
Anyway, going to spend the weekend there with someone very beautiful.. mmm can't wait! Huh, time to pack!

Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, light cottage cheese with pure organic vanilla (the dark stuff on the cheese). I've noticed that berries gives my skin a beautiful healthy looking color. I think it is due to the antioxidants.

Healthy protein snack!



Egg whites, my new love!
The egg whites are high in protein, doesn't have any of the bad cholesterol and is a healthy snack anytime of the day.
Boil a few eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Take out the yolk (bad cholesterol!). Cut them in to strips and add to a salad or any meal. Or you can just cut them in half, put some light cottage cheese, turkey, shrimp in the whole.
That's a very healthy, low calorie protein snack!

I went grocery shopping today. Before I went there I had a shower and felt stressed so I just jumped in a pair of pants and a hoodie. While I'm driving to the store, I realize that I don't have a bra on but need to hurry so I didn't go back. At the store I went to where they keep the eggs and dairy... it's cold in there. Let's say my lights turned on and people observed this... god I felt ashamed!

Name for my company

I need some help guys. I have a few names in my head for my company but I don't know which one to choose and some of them are already taken. Do you have any suggestions? Due to that I will work with clients abroad, I need an international name. Hmm... Wow, there's a lot of work that has to be done, but it's so damn exciting!

WORK WORK WORK!

It's almost midnight but I'm not going to bed. Due to the crazy response I will be up a few more hours, working on finding the best way for weight loss for every one that I'm working with at the moment. My motivation for doing this is wellbeing, I want a healthier, happier world! If I can do something, big or small, I will do it! My god, you're all going to look AMAZING this summer! Let's get rid of the fat!

kitchen cleaning

I've been cleaning my mini kitchen all morning. My head hurts of all the detergent and I can't even breath inside.. uuuh my head! When I'm done I'm going to take a loooong shower... mm... ah, got to finish it up!

This is what I had so far. It's 8:30 pm and I'm full on 800 calories. I obviously need to eat more, especially protein.. but right now my stomach can't take any food. Think I'll make some protein cupcakes, otherwise I would be melted tomorrow. Isn't this great? Dieting can be sooo easy, tasty, fun, amazing!

A crave for sweets

Hello, my name is Stephanie, and I'm a sugar junkie!

I've never really craved fat or salt, basically only because I never ate a lot of it. What made me overweight a few years ago was sugar and carbs (sugar are almost 100% carbs). I can to some extent controll my bread cravings, but I find it hard to get rid of the sugar habit. To be honest, I don't want to get rid of it, just maintain it on a healthy level. What would life be without sugar?

The swedes are the ones that consume most sugar in the world, 17 kilos a year! In calories, that would be about 60 000 (chocolate not included!). 60 000 calories is almost 10 kg of fat! Suck on that!

I eat candy when I'm with friends and crave candy. But I never eat it alone, instead I controll my craving by making stuff that has very little calories, no sugar added and makes me satisfied.



Mix 3 teaspoons of gelatin powder with warm water and fun light. Keep it in the fridge for a few hours and get it out whenever you crave something sweet. (The serving in the picture is 25 calories)

Rachel Ray

Every morning when I wake up, Rachel Ray is on tv. I like her, she has a cute personality. What I don't get though, is why she says that pasta and such are "figure friendly". She boils up a lot of pasta, puts cheese on it (which makes the audience applaud every time), uses bacon and so on... When she says that it's figure friendly, she adds a salad with like two lettuce leaves, one tomato with a whole lot of olive oil, where is this figure friendly, I wonder.

Pasta is without a doubt, NOT FIGURE FRIENDLY! I doesn't matter if you mix it with salad. Today she made a cheese fondue, to dip veggies and meat in. I bet everything she makes taste good, but don't say that it's figure friendly.
While I'm at it, may I add that "nutritious" from her perspective is whole grain pasta... It is NOT nutritious. It's still wheat... wheat is not good! Potatoes are much better, and has less than half of the calories pasta.


This is exactly what she calls figure friendly and nutritious!

Uh "Days of our lives" came on, time to go out!

Cheesecake!



YUM this is sooo delicious!

Cheesecake:
100 g egg whites (3 eggs)
100 g light curd cream
100 g light cottage cheese
10 g of vanilla protein powder
Some sweeteners
2 teaspoons of cinnamon (I love cinnamon, skip it or use something else if you don't like it)
Mix it all together but put the cottage cheese in last.
Put it in a 200°C oven for about 20 minutes more or less.

Strawberry jam:
150 g frosen strawberries
Cook them in just a little water untill they are soft. Use a fork to mash them, done!

I added some cold cottage cheese on top.

The picture shows half of what I made. Everything is 265 calories, 62% protein, 28% carbs and 9% fat.

I'm so full and it's the only thing I've eaten today, it's 3 pm.

Sunday morning - CHEESECAKE!

Good morning kids!
Might not agree if it's a good morning though, my head is spinning for some weird reason (I didn't go out last night).
Oh well, it will pass. I'm trying to get a audio book on to my iPod for entertainment while I powerwalk, I'm tired of all the songs I have on it right now. Never listened to a audio book before, I prefer reading but I cant listen to nothing while I walked, I would be bored to death. My stomach is making some small noises but it has to wait until I get back from my walk. Going to make a healthy protein cheesecake for breakfast with some strawberry jam, YUM! My breakfast today will be at like 1 or 2 pm haha :) Kinda late but it is Sunday.

It feels weird now to not have anything that I have to do. I finished my last exam this friday and will start new ones in a week, so what do I do now? NOTHING! I actually don't like that. So I decided to go out and buy a microwave! I've only been using the oven for over a year, which is very time consuming when it comes to cooking meals for yourself. I'll spend the day making food for the week in small boxes to store in the freezer, which I can just pop in the microwave when I'm hungry and have a meal in a fe minutes instead of waiting for something in the oven for an hour. The big problem though is where to put it, my kitchen is very small... don't even know if I could call it a kitchen. It's an oven. a freezer and fridge, and a small place where I can put stuff... Where I already have a lot of stuff... I need to figure something out, that is my BIGGEST problem for the day haha.

I feel better now, time for a 120 minute powerwalk! :D


My diet muffin



Hmm, I've had a better muffin before but these are actually satisfying.
The ingredients are:

200 grams (about 6 large eggs) of Egg whites
1 1/2 - 2 dl Water
30 grams Protein powder
6 grams Baking soda
20 grams of a fiber thing which I don't know the English word of (Svenska - fiberhusk)
35 grams Applesauce (without added sugar)
Swedish "suketter" which is an no calorie sweetener
6 grams Natural cocoa
5 grams Flaxseed


200°C for maybe 20 minutes

I most definitely know that they would be better with flour and butter, but then they obviously wouldn't be diet cupcakes...

One muffin is like 15 calories, try to beat that! ;)

Diet cupcakes

I'm going out to get eggs, then I'm gonna try to make DIET CUPCAKES! Yes, diet cupcakes indeed! If they turn out the way I want to, I'll share the recipe with you!

Not going to post a picture of a cupcake here, don't want you to be tempted by the unhealthy stuff!

From one thing to a similar, did you know that there is an international no diet day? According to Wikipedia, the International No Diet Day (INDD) is an annual celebration of body acceptance and body shape diversity.
This day is may 6th, I just missed it... Will I have to wait for a year now?

I stayed at home


I finished my system at home instead... But I need to go out anyway to send it... AH! Well, I need to get eggs so I would have to go out. Egg whites for an omelet, and the egg yolks for my hair (yes, for my hair) it's works wonders if you have dry hair, just mix it with olive oil and let it stay in your hair for 30 minutes. Before I heard about this, I always wondered what to do with the egg yolks after cooking an egg white omelet. I can't throw food away! So instead, I put it in my hair haha :)

Later today, Olivia is having her "family-birthday-party". There will be food and CAKE! Luckily, I do now like the cake she's going to get (a mystery that it's something sweet that I don't like). I have to stay away from the bread too due to a serious thing that's coming up, therefor my trips abroad. Hmm, will I be that strong so I can stay away from it? I love bread! Have to tell myself over and over again that I DO NOT LOVE BREAD!

Keep your fingers crossed for my horses, my hair and my resistance towards bread!

Will we ever see the sun?

It's raining like crazy, I hate this! I haven't seen the sun in forever, the weather is shitty everyday. THANK GOD for leaving Sweden next week. Hmm.. How warm is it in LA now? ;) I bet the sun is shining in New York too... So I guess I'll visit for a few days as well... yaay!
Anyway, back to being upset because of the rain. My outfit for today will be rubber boots and a umbrella. uh :(
I've been sitting in my bed for an hour, looking out the window, trying to convince myself that it isn't so bad to go out in the rain. I have to go out! While I tried to convince myself I made a huge plate of small fruit pieces, strawberries, grapefruit, watermelon, apples... you name it! Though that made it harder to go out. When it tastes like summer inside, you don't want to go out and get soaking wet in the rain. Well, I got so far that I now have clothes on. I ogle at my rubber boots... don't like them... but really need to go out. I promised my mom to gamble on horses today with her. I rarely do that because it's boring, although I win almost every time I gamble. Oh well, we'll see! I NEED TO GO NOW! Uh, just suck it in and GET OUT!

Good morning! Couldn't log in to my site last night, therefor no update, sorry! Time for a two hour powerwalk then a lot of studying.



This is what I got last Monday on my final exams :D A+!

My Swedish C teacher said that he once had a professor that told him exactly how a perfect essay should be, and that my final essay was above expectation, how cool is that? With my grades now, I think I can get in to any university in Sweden... that's pretty awesome!

Uh, see you in two hours! Got new songs on my iPod, two hours will pass fast!

Curd cream

I just got back home and finished a can of curd cream, love it! High in protein and low in calories. I'm not a meat-lover so to get the protein I need, I eat curd cream or cottage cheese.


I should be out powerwalking in 30 minutes. Right now I just feel like staying at home with a big blanket around me, I'm so damn cold! But it's not raining and I got a few new songs on my ipod... hmm... If I go out at 6, I'll be back at 8 and will have burned about 500 more calories. Uh, I'm going out!

First of all I just want to say that I love you guys! Thanks for the comments and the mails from the post I did two days ago. You're awesome! I woke up later today, felt like it was okay to sleep an hour longer today, got A+ on both of my tests yesterday... can't even describe in words how happy I am! Even though I slept longer I went out for a two hour powerwalk, I'm at the moment finishing a salad and will soon head out to help Olivia do some grocery shopping for her birthday party. I have some great ideas about how I can help you get in shape for "beach 2010". I will let you know later today :)

Monday morning

Good morning cuties!

I just woke up and in a few hours it's time for my first exam. I'm not used to wake up at 8 am in the morning, and it's worse today because I woke up at 4, 5, 6, 7 and then 8... uh... well it's going to be great anyway, I belive in myself! The first exam is a presentation in Swedish C, about anorexia and bulimia. Bet you'd want to listen to it too.. huh... I'm scratching my eyes, yawning like a tired dog. Time for the shower!

I didn't die... well, a little maybe, but I'm still here

I find it chocking that you're still visiting my blog. I've been through a million things the past months and I've also had tons of things in school, but it's going great! My final tests are tomorrow and friday, I know I'll get A+ on all of them.

Anyway, I've been thinking about what I should do with my blog, if I should go back to Swedish or keep on typing in English, what do you prefer? I think that I also will change my name to something else, something shorter and easier, any suggestions?

Uh, It's going to be a short post but just wanted to put up something. I'm going out for a powerwalk after I finished some reading. I'm up to 4 hours of powerwalking a day, about 1200 calories. I can't run as much as before, my knees are messed up :'( I have to keep it to about 3 times a week.



I can't get this song out of my head. I heard it while I was driving a few days ago. I do not understans a single thing of what he's singing, but I just love it anyway! Think I'll be listening to it too much and hate the song by the end on next week.



A few more minutes of studying business law and then I'll be out walking for 2 more hours. You know, when you're in hell, you just got to keep on walking!
