Going to the gym with my best friend, my iPod!






This one is on repeat while I run, I got up to 14 km/h yesterday and stayed there for 15 minutes, that's not too bad!

Hey Stephanie, you are inspiration to me, I started running like you (40 min a day about a week now), but I noticed that my thighs are getting bigger. Did u have this problem or how to avoid that?
