Starved and stuffed
Uh, I'm dead! I finished dinner in like 15 minutes at 7 pm because I was starving for food. I had 2 meal replacement bars for lunch because I had to run to a meeting. After that I went on a 6.4 km powerwalk. So a nice home cooked meal tasted amazing! I'm going to rest for a few minutes then I have some work to be done.

So far I'm at 1200 cal. I'm supposed to have my last meal in an hour but I'm stuffed... 300 cal left!

Third day - Breakfast
I'm on my third day of dieting. The third day is said to be the hardest one because your body starts to crave some of the old food you've been eating. I don't think it will be hard at all, I vision the goal so nothing can stop me! By now I feel like I've lost some weight, it's obviously mostly water but some fat goes with it. I'd bet on 1 kg or 1.5 kg. Every time you powerwalk on an empty stomach, you burn fat! So there's some fat that's gone (a very small amount though).

Hunger and workout
Here we go again! The diet isn't hard to stick to at all, I can eat whatever I want. But I woke up this morning at 5 am with hunger pains. I just waited it out, fell asleep again and woke up at 9. Now I've been working some and will head out for a powerwalk in a few and then have oatmeal for breakfast. You have no idea how much I long for some oatmeal! It is delicious, especially when your as hungry as I am now. Though my PW will take away the hunger, workout always takes away my hunger, but I've heard that some feel even hungrier after working out,

Red wine is very good for you, obviously in moderation! It's packed with antioxidants!

I end up at 1435 cals today, last meal was a protein shake and now a glass of red wine :) My neighbor is being an ass, banging the walls... I think that he is trying to tell me to turn off the music... HELL NO! I'm playing Melody Gardot until 11 pm, then I'll turn off!

Wow, how great did I feel after this!? It took me an hour to go to my dad and back... I'll go everyday if the weather is the same. The views are amazing, so beautiful! I don't appreciate it as much when I go there by car. I love, love, love this! Time for a shower then I have to work a little more, the day is not over yet!

I just had lunch, it was disgusting... But I ate it and have to wait until dinner to have something better. Anyway, this is how it looks so far.

Time to make some changes
Summer is over and by now it's time to give my body a fresh start so the fall and winter wont be as depressing. I've put on some weight that I need to get rid of. I can feel how my body is craving for healthy, vibrant food, that's when you know you need a change! I'm going to take it step by step, trying to keep every single gram of muscles I have (my legs are almost all muscle now). I'm going to get ripped and look better than every for next summer! I must say that I am a master of planing diets, my own is created and will be followed forever! It's a lifestyle, not a quick fix.
I started today, it will look like this:

Hunger vs pw
Ah, what a great night! I've been seriously insomniac for a very long time. I think it's getting better! I feel asleep at 11 pm, woke up at 5 and then fell asleep again until 8 am. It's almost 9:30, my stomach is screaming for food and I'm trying to make it shut up with a bottle of water and some coffee. Need to take a powerwalk before breakfast! There's some fat on me that needs to be burned. My goal for next summer is to have visible, rock hard abs.
I'm wondering, what kind of cardio do you do? Like, I do powerwalks in the morning and run a couple of times a week. Would be interesting to know :)

Falafel

I made something really yummy for lunch. I had some left over chickpeas in the fridge that I didn't know what to do with. So I boiled them, mixed them with garlic, onion, herbs and spices until it was like a paste. Then I made shapes like flat meatballs and cooked them in a pan with a small splash of olive oil. The white sauce is curd cream (protein!) mixed with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice - a sauce that is very low in fat, carbs and high in protein! I bet this is like 40 cals per 100 g, compared to a "normal" sauce which is like 300-800 cals per 100g.
I served this with a low calorie lingonberry jam (typical Swedish) and my love - broccoli!
This was really delicious! :)
Exact recipe (2 portions):
100 g of unboiled chickpeas
45 g of yellow onion
6 g garlic
Salt, pepper, and whatever spices you prefer. Cumin is great in this.
You can obviously use chickpeas in a can that you don't have to cook. If they are dry, they need to be soaked in water for at least 8 hours and then boiled for 45 minutes.
Workout in the wind
I think that my town is going to get blown away by the wind. It is hard to just walk outside because it feels like someone is pulling you back, or pushing you forward. This is a great workout! I'm drinking my coffee with soymilk and will head out for a pw in a few!

I woke up at 5 am today, stayed up until 7 am when I finally fell asleep again. Woke up at 9, went for a 6.5 km powerwalk and then had breakfast. I'm so out of energy today, I don't feel like doing anything, even though the sun is shining and I need to get my ass out. I'm trying to reload my batteries so I can go to the gym and run! Uh, Imma go and get a diet coke and sit in the sun for a while... mmm... :)

I stoped at 22 km today, that's enough! I bet tomorrow might be just as crazy because I've got a lot more energy that needs to come out. I will bring my phone to the treadmill and take a picture of how far I run, just like I did before.

Running away from anger
I've been running 22 km today so far... I just can't stop! I have an insane amount of anger inside of me that I just have to get rid of. I'm even dreaming that I'm figting with people... It's better that I run... Fighting was never my thing.


Tired and hungry?
Hell yeah I look happy! It feels like this is a day where nothing feels right. I don't even feel like dressing up... The make up is all the effort I'll give this day. Uh, guess it's because I'm hungry... And my mom called and said she's making apple pie... Yum! I'll have some later! I have to pop some energy pills before I fall asleep again.


Crayfish party
I'll be joining a crayfish party tonight. It's a typical Swedish thing where people meet, eat crayfish, baguettes, crispbread, cheese with herbs and spices and shrimp. I must not forget the alcohol... Peolpe drink "snaps" and sing songs related to the crayfish. It can be compared to the Swedish midsummer. It is a party when it is accepted to become drunk, it is also called a "drunk feast", mostly because you don't eat enough food for the alcohol. Crayfish are timeconsuming to get the shell off, and they are very low in calories. I will most likely stay to the crayfish, and only have a little of the rest, and no alcohol! (I'm driving). 

Juice for breakfast
Instead of drinking liquid sugar that most fruit juices are, boost yourself with a bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! You can really feel the goodness in every sip. Enjoy, you're now ready for your day!

I'm planning a trip. I've been in Sweden way too long now, don't you think? My next stop might be here...

I bet you can tell that it's Dubai. I've never been there before, mostly because it freaks me out - people, culture and so on. Another thing that bothers me to is that I might have to skip the first class flight :( I don't go first class because of being "posh" or anything like that. I go first because I'm claustrophobic and freak out when I don't have enough room to quickly get out. On short flights, I'm fine with it... but long distance flights are a nightmare... I always went coach to NYC... But hey, I never had to pay a single penny to go there, nothing what so ever! My ex always bought my tickets and everything, while he was fu*king someone else during "our" year. I knew all about it, but I still got my free trips to NYC ;) I guess I just wanted it to look perfect, but you can still see the cracks in that mother fu*kers reflection! Haha... Ah, anyway... Before I go there, I need to trim my body. I always do what I say!

Coffee never tasted this good
I have never really loved coffee. My mother drinks coffee like water but I never got used to the taste. I remember the first time I decided to start drinking coffee. I guess I was like 13 years old, I pour in lots of sugar and milk, I also melted nougat in it... I still didn't like it, and thank God I didn't! I would be so much heavier if I made that a habit. about two weeks ago, I found a light soy milk in the grocery store and tried it. I LOVE IT! It's only 29 calories per 100 ml. I have another issue though, I can't drink hot liquid. So, before I go to bed, I make a cup of coffee, put a sweetener in it, keep it in the fridge over night and then enjoy it the first thing in the morning with a splash of soy milk. This taste ridiculously good. It tastes like chocolate milk! Yum, yum, yum!

Something totally out of topic - I said not long ago that I wanted to be single for a very long time because all men I've met are serious assholes! (I don't say that if I don't mean it). And now I'm surrounded by men that look, live and act like my dream man. Hmm... What is this supposed to mean?

Photo booth, entertainment for the night
Hi guys,
I'm doing some very important stuff... Playing with photo booth... I honestly feel a little upset with myself that I don't do anything productive.


I closed down photo booth and I'm planning my day tomorrow. I need to get on a diet again, I've had too many carbs lately. I don't feel good. Like today for an example - I woke up at 6 am because a disgusting insect was flying around in my apartment. I couldn't go back to sleep because I fear them like nothing else. So I started studying a little and then decided to go on a powerwalk, the rain was pouring down so I got pissed and stayed inside. My stomach started screaming for food, so I fed it with strawberries and cottage cheese at 7 am. Then after a few hours I was hungry but ignored it because I didn't feel like cooking or even eating anything. At 7 pm I had dinner. Because I was dead hungry, I eat too much pasta and then cinnamon rolls, damn! I don't have anyone to blame other than myself. Though it's been like this for a while, I ignore hunger because I basically don't feel like eating, then hunger hits me and I can eat everything. The only thing that hits me is a pain in my stomach. I seriously believe that I am gluten intollerant, my stomach dies when I eat something with gluten. So, first thing in the morning, a trip to the doctor! After that, I will plan a diet for myself.

Dinner and love

Hey hey heeeeey! For dinne I had cabbage, tomatoes and something else, can't remember it now because I ate at 6 pm and it's now 1 am and I had like 5 glasses of red wine. I went to see a few people that I haven't seen in 8 years(!). Monica, who was kinda like a sister to me when I was a kid, he hasn't changed a bit! Only for the better! and then I met one little fellow named Lukas, 8 years old. And another little fellow named Viktor, 12 years old. Viktor had asked for me many times... I'm so surprised and touched that he remembers me. Well anyway, this is way to private to share. But I'm now in my bed with a huge smile on my face and with a warm heart. This day has been soooo great!

Sometimes I can get kinda emotional when it comes to healthy food. This happens every time I eat grilled broccoli. I LOVE IT! Every bite is soooo much more pleasurable than eating a piece of chocolate. Are you laughing yet? Thinking I'm crazy? Let me explain - chocolate is delicious, but is it healthy? No. (I hate dark chocolate so don't try that on me) Chocolate only makes me feel guilty because I can never only have one piece and then stop, that's impossible! However, broccoli gives me ten times more pleasure! It's totally guilt free and it tastes like heaven. Love, love, love it!
This is how I make my kick ass broccoli;
Put the broccoli on a baking sheet, sprinkle some mineral sea salt over it.
Cook the broccoli in the oven for about 30 minutes on 200°C
I like the broccoli to be a little burned, so I turn up the heat to 300°C for about 5-10 minutes until it looks like I want it to.
Try it guys! There's barely any calories in it and it's so damn good! To this I had a proteinshake :) I love healthy eating.
Lack of protein - consequences
I'm going to explain this very simple. Muscles need protein, without protein... Our muscles disappear. When you diet, it is very important that you eat a lot of protein and don't just survive of a salad made of lettuce leaves without any source of protein. Many people do the mistake that when they diet, they eat a very small amount of calories and think that this is a successful way of dieting. Well, you will lose weight for sure, but when you don't get the amount of protein you need, your body starts to "eat" your muscles BEFORE it starts munching on your fat cells. The result will be what some call a "skinny fat", which means that you will keep most of your fat, but lose your muscles. Not very attractive! And most importantly, not healthy! Many also think that protein will make you look like a body builder or that it will create massive muscles. IT WONT! If you do a lot of weight lifting, and eat at least more than 500 calories over your daily calorie rate, you will gain weight... If the 500+ comes from fat, you will become fat, if this comes from protein, will will gain muscles. But if you diet with a 500 calorie deficit, and include at least 2 g of protein per kg, you will BURN THE FAT and maintain your muscles. It is hard to build muscles while on a calorie deficit, but you'll keep the ones you have and get rid of your love handles if you don't exclude protein.

People that are dedicated about fitness know that a great body wont come over night. Often they give months and months to weight lifting and eat 500 calories more than what they "need" every day, with a lot of protein. This will make their muscle grow and not much fat will be stored. They gain weight and look bigger. After this, they go on a diet to become ripped. Often this is 500 calories less than what they burn off. Yet again they eat a lot of protein, but now it's much more important to eat protein so they don't lose the muscle. After a while, the muscles appear and you've achieved that ripped look.
This is why I don't want to exclude the protein in my diet. I'm not trying to achieve the body builder look. But I want my body to look lean, toned and healthy. Not a "skinny-fat"!

I am so damn retarded! I'll tell you why... At 10 am, I was still in bed, when my mother knocked at my door. I didn't open because I was pissed at stuff and then she came in with my phone and my wallet. I forgot my phone in her car, and my wallet was OUTSIDE in the basket on my bike ALL NIGHT! See, ice cream doesn't cure anything, it only makes you forget your wallet. I opened it and everything was in it, cash, cards and whatever you have inside. Why didn't anyone take it? Did no one see it? Many of my neighbors are quite, how should I say it... they are "special", not in a good way. So therefor I wonder why no one took it... Guess they were all hung over or something. Anywaaaaay, I got up after that, decided that I shall NOT feel sorry for myself because it wont do me any good at all. I also decided that I need to get rid of whatever is inside of me. It feels like my body is full of toxins and shit, and it's been forever since I had a real detox. So I went for a 60 minute powerwalk (not so powerful, my legs didn't want me to stand up, I'll tell you about this later). And then I had some berries for breakfast with "proteinpowdercustard" and a "rhubarbcream" that I made myself because the rhubarbs are damn sour otherwise (especially if they are frozen). If I were to do a hardcore detox, I would exclude the proteinpowder but you have no idea (or maybe you do) what happens to you on a calorie deficit with no protein. I'll tell you in next post kids.

As you know, I'm not a professional in presentation when it comes to food. In this I have strawberries and blackberries. The rhubarb cream is made this way;
100 g of rhubarbs (frozen)
1 cup of water (less if you want it thicker)
7 pieces of calorie free sweeteners (I can't stand sour fruit)
Heat it up and mash it with a fork... Voila!
The protein powder I use is strawberry flavored. Mix one scoop with two scoops of water and pour it in.
It tasted SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD! And is very filling too!

Ice cream doesn't cure anything
I think I hit rock bottom of 2010 today. I've been weeping and blowing my nose all day because of some serious shit. In a try to make my tears stop, I headed to my dad, while it was raining like crazy outside, it was raining just as much from my eyes. After 20 minutes, I stood outside my dads door but he wasn't home... Like an hormonal bitch, the tears got heavier and I went back home. Right when I closed the door I took a big roll of toilet paper and laid down in my bed. Restless as always, I stayed there for 5 minutes and decided that this was not a good idea. I took my bike(!) and went out just to clear my head. With sunglasses on (in the rain) I kept on weeping like a kid, though no one could see it due to the rain. The I decided that it was a great idea to get a big bucket of my favorite ice cream and comfort eat! I knew right then that it would feel good for the moment, but that it would feel like shit right after, I totally ignored this. I went to the first store... They didn't have my ice cream... I went to the second one, they didn't have it either. I was running out of options of stores to go to in the area that I live in. But if I wanted ice cream, it shouldn't be just any kind of ice cream. I went down to the city, visited FIVE STORES, in which every single one of them was out of MY ICE CREAM! I didn't give up. I went far north (I live south) and FOUND MY ICE CREAM! I turned around on my bike, now it was only the sky that was weeping... I was kinda weeping inside because I had to get ice cream to be happy. Anyway, sweaty as hell, I was back home in my bed... Opened the ice cream bucket and FINISHED IT! Yikes that is like 2000 calories... I ate it in like 20 minutes. So how do I feel now? My eyes are red like Rudolphs nose, they burn like someone was trying to boil them. My stomach is huge, enormous, gigantic, you get it... and I do not feel better, I do not feel anything. All I can say is that I'm completely numb! Oh my, I so hope this wont become an vicious circle. Oh, another thing... I lost my phone somewhere, this day is AWESOME!
